Is there really such a thing? In this modern age where everything is automated, then people start to think that losing weight is also as fast as getting your laundry washed with the washing machine.

There are rules that you have to follow in order to lose weight and, sad to say, there are no shortcuts with losing weight.
Yes, it is possible for you to find the fastest way to lose weight but you also need to spend some days working out in order to achieve your goal of losing weight fast.
There are some ways for losing weight in a few days only.
You can try diet pills and other medications intended for losing a few pounds.
The only problem is that there are reports of fatal health hazards should you try using these products.
And they are very expensive too.
The most practical way would be drinking water 8-10 times a day.
Not only is this healthy, but it can also let you lose weight because with enough water inside your body, you will be able to metabolize fat more effectively.
Also, when you drink water 5-10 times daily, you'll already feel full when eating and you will eat less because of this.
Another way for losing weight fast is exercise.
This is indeed a no brainer.
If you spend all of your time sitting on a couch and drinking water, then you will not lose weight.
Start doing exercises mildly at first in order for your body to get used to the daily routine.
Once your body can keep up, you can start going to the gym for weights.
Also, do not skip breakfast.
This is the most important part of your daily feeding time and skipping breakfast will make you devour anything edible that you can see on the table.
The more you eat breakfast, then the less you become hungry all throughout the day.

Also, when you are eating in your house, you can change your big plate with a smaller and darker plate to minimize eating.
This is very effective indeed because you eat less when you have a small food because of your plate.
It is also interesting to note not to use yellow, orange or red colored plates because they tend to increase your appetite.
Use darker color like dark blue in order to turn off your appetite while eating.
Stay away from deep fried foods because they contain cooking oil reeking with cholesterol and fat.
Exercise a lot during your free time or even jog around the neighborhood and you will start to feel your body slimming down.
